Few warning signs right now
You checked only a few signs of low energy, stubborn weight or hormone changes. That’s good news. Steady sleep, regular movement and balanced meals help keep it that way.
Suggested next steps
- If something changes, take the quiz again.
- Keep up with yearly checkups and blood work.
You haven’t had blood work in over a year. Basic blood work is a good starting point for figuring out low energy.

Low energy, stubborn weight and hormones: common questions
Why am I so tired after work?
Feeling drained after work is common, and it usually has more than one cause. Short or poor sleep, blood sugar swings from meals and snacks, stress, low activity, and changes in hormones or thyroid function can all play a part. Looking at these together is often more useful than looking at any one of them alone.
Why do I crash in the afternoon?
An afternoon slump can come from your body’s natural daily rhythm, a large or carb-heavy lunch, too little sleep, or relying on caffeine and sugar earlier in the day. If it happens most days and gets in the way of work or family time, it’s worth talking about with a doctor.
Can hormones affect my energy and weight?
Yes. Thyroid hormones, cortisol (a stress hormone), insulin and sex hormones all influence energy, appetite, sleep and where the body stores fat. Lab testing, along with your symptoms and history, helps show whether hormones are part of the picture.
Is this quiz a diagnosis?
No. It’s general education to help you notice patterns and decide on next steps. Only an individual assessment with a licensed clinician can tell you what’s going on.
