90-minute initial telehealth visit
A deep review of your history, symptoms, goals and environment. You leave with personalized recommendations for diet and nutrition, supplements, detoxification, mitochondrial support, gut health and herbal medicine, plus referrals where they would help.
3 follow-up visits (30–45 minutes each)
We review what you’re noticing, look at results and refine the plan together.
15-minute check-in calls every 2 weeks
Short calls between visits to keep you on track and answer questions as they come up.
Up to $399 in advanced lab testing
A one-time credit toward advanced lab testing, completed locally.
CGM tracking and health coaching, when appropriate
For metabolic health concerns or chronic fatigue, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) tracking and health coaching can be added to your plan. The CGM device itself is a separate cost.

Why don’t you take insurance?
Apollo Health Clinic is a private-pay concierge practice. Without insurance rules setting visit lengths and limiting what can be explored, visits are unhurried and your plan is built around you.
Can I pay for the program in installments?
Yes. You can pay for the 4-Month Whole-Body Systems Reset in full ($3,997) or in 2 monthly payments of $1,998.50.
Does the Second Opinion Visit count toward the program?
Yes. If you join the 4-Month Whole-Body Systems Reset within 30 days of your Second Opinion Visit, the full $897 is credited toward the program.
Can I use my HSA card?
Yes, HSA cards are accepted. Whether a specific expense is HSA-eligible depends on IRS rules and your plan, so check with your HSA administrator if you’re unsure.
Which option should I start with?
We usually recommend starting with the 4-Month Whole-Body Systems Reset, because complex, chronic symptoms usually need time, testing and follow-up. If you mainly want a fresh set of eyes on your situation, the Second Opinion Visit is a good fit. The free discovery call is the place to decide together.
What happens after the 4 months?
You can continue with the Ongoing Care Membership at $247 a month (3-month minimum) or $2,500 for a year paid upfront, or simply finish with your plan in hand.
