Neural therapy is a healing system balancing the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) to create a state of homeostasis in the nervous system. Physical or emotional trauma, surgery, illness, disease, and scars, all have an effect on the ANS and can cause it to become blocked. When it is blocked, a person can be stuck in reactions that feel like fatigue, pain, inflammation, sympathetic dominate patterns (fight and flight stress responses) and the inability to heal. Receiving neural therapy is like hit the reset button on a poorly wired electrical circuitry.
In neural therapy local anesthetics (procaine, B-12, & heel compounded homeopathics) are injected into the area of blockage to release or reset the Autonomic Nervous System. There is typically quick relief, and the patient can experience a feeling of euphoria and energy, emotional release, and release of long-held toxins. This is the body moving from a blocked state to a state of homeostatis. It improves flow between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the nervous system without interference and without side effects.
Actions of Procaine
Procaine was originally created in 1905, as the original man-made local anesthetic by a German chemist, Alfred Einhorn (1857-1917). Unlike novocaine (procaine with a sulfite preservative) it doesn’t cause allergic reactions in patients. Procaine stabilizes membranes of nerves, sympathetic nerves, and mast cells. It increases vasodilation and is easily metabolizes in the plasma by the enzyme pseudochilisterease through hydrolysis into para-amino benzoic acid (PABA) and diethylaminoethonaol (DEAE). It has a bitter taste and a half-life of 15-20 minutes, which is brief. It is a safe medicine and has been used in famous anti-aging clinics such as Dr. Ana Aslan’s clinic in Romania where she treated Bob Hope, Cary Grant, Marilyn Monroe, Winston Churchill, and others.
Treatments needed for recovery: 1-5 neural therapy treatments depending on the severity of the condition and the patient’s overall vitality and health.
Indications: Physical or emotional trauma, scar tissue from surgeries or accidents, acute or chronic fatigue, chronic stress, chronic pain, whiplash from motor vehicle accidents, chronic allergies, chronic infections of the upper respiratory tract including the lungs, chronic illnesses, and others.
Neural Prolotherapy (NPT)
Neural Prolotherapy (NPT) is a simple, safe, and effective treatment for pain. It uses injection of 5% dextrose (D5W, sugar water) near cutaneous nerves puts out the burn of neurogenic pain and neurogenic inflammation. It has been found that Neural Prolotherapy (NPT) resolves 80% of all pain. Since 80% of all pain is neuropathic or from neurogenic inflammation.
Some examples of neuropathic pain include, peripheral neuropathies, traumatic nerve pain conditions, debilitating pain conditions that burn and ache, and pain shooting down your limbs from your neck or low back.
Indications: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Sports Injuries, strains or sprains, Muscle tears, Restless Leg Syndrome, ACL tears, post-surgery pain and recovery, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, & Joint Pains.
